Most agencies consider their job done once the offer is signed & sealed. Selectus goes well beyond that, by assisting both the client and the recruited candidate for 100 days with onboarding “best practices” insight methods and feedback to create a successful partnership from the very start.

Employee retention starts from the moment a candidate signs the contract. We act as an intermediary mentor between the candidate and the company, ensuring a clear communication flow. Our founder, Davide MELE, established Selectus in order to make the recruitment experience better and more efficient for both clients and candidates. Selectus is a vehicle for delivering quality of experience and outcome in recruitment. With over 3 decades of recruitment experience across EMEA, Davide is enthusiastic for Selectus to achieve incremental social change and is a strong believer in the motto that ‘You belong’.
