Il sert \u00e0 cibler les actions importantes du moment et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Si le brief est efficace, il va\u00a0<strong>accroitre l\u2019engagement de votre \u00e9quipe<\/strong>. Et celle-ci se sentira reconnue. Les collaborateurs seront aussi\u00a0<strong>inform\u00e9s continuellement,<\/strong>\u00a0ce qui participe \u00e0 leur motivation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup>\u00a0phase incontournable\u00a0: la pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un brief efficace est un brief pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Pas de place \u00e0 l\u2019improvisation ici : vos donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre collect\u00e9es et analys\u00e9es en amont\u00a0; les causes premi\u00e8res des \u00e9carts doivent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es\u00a0; les nouveaux process \u00e0 mettre en place doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9s. Et si vous faites un brief pour collecter des id\u00e9es, ayez d\u00e9j\u00e0 les v\u00f4tres.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, l\u2019ordre du jour doit \u00eatre bien \u00e9tabli et maitris\u00e9 (pour ne pas s\u2019en \u00e9carter lors de la r\u00e9alisation du brief). Il est m\u00eame conseill\u00e9 d\u2019envoyer l\u2019ordre du jour \u00e0 vos collaborateurs en amont du brief afin qu\u2019eux-aussi pr\u00e9parent les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires et soient donc acteurs le jour J.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0phase incontournable\u00a0: la r\u00e9alisation, le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du brief<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, le rappel du contexte et des donn\u00e9es. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019expliquer pourquoi cet ordre du jour, de\u00a0<strong>donner du sens au brief\u00a0<\/strong>pour les participants.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, les actions prioritaires \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9tape des explications concr\u00e8tes des points \u00e0 travailler relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour\u00a0: qui fait quoi, quand et comment ? Ce sont les actions que toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe doit r\u00e9aliser. Les coachings sp\u00e9cifiques, eux, seront vus en individuel.<\/p>\n<p>Viennent ensuite les objectifs \u00e0 atteindre. Les actions vues pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment permettront de r\u00e9aliser ces objectifs. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de donner l\u2019exemple de celui \u00ab\u00a0souhait\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 ce moment du brief.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il est temps de conclure. Cette \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 valider la compr\u00e9hension totale par l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, \u00e0 faire un point sur les d\u00e9cisions prises, et surtout \u00e0 obtenir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des agents pour r\u00e9aliser le(s) objectif(s) fix\u00e9(s) ensemble.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0phase incontournable\u00a0: le suivi des actions d\u00e9cid\u00e9es et les retours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le suivi des objectifs fix\u00e9s et l\u2019application des d\u00e9cisions prises sont maintenant la priorit\u00e9 du responsable d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Il est primordial de communiquer les r\u00e9sultats interm\u00e9diaires, ce qui a bien fonctionn\u00e9, et les actions \u00e0 corriger. Bref, de faire prendre conscience aux collaborateurs que ce brief a \u00e9t\u00e9 efficace, ou s\u2019il faut trouver d\u2019autres solutions lors d\u2019un prochain \u00e9change.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, vous accompagnez votre brief toute la journ\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les cl\u00e9s de la r\u00e9ussite\u00a0: les 4 \u00ab\u00a0\u2026UEL\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Restez<strong>\u00a0FACTUEL\u00a0<\/strong>!
